All orders placed after 3PM EST. will be shipped the following business day.

Our sparklers are classified as novelties under APA Standard 87-1.
All sparklers and smoke orders will be shipped UPS or FedEX Ground – No Expedited shipping is available, no exceptions. All orders will come with a tracking number.
Most orders if received before 3PM will be shipped same-day. Orders shipped on non-business days or holidays will ship out the next business day.
Orders may only be shipped to a physical address – NO P.O. BOXES. We cannot ship sparklers to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico or other international countries.
Before Placing Your Order:
Please ensure that with your wedding venue that you will be able to use sparklers, not all venues will allow you to use our sparklers and may have size restriction based on the length of the sparklers. If your wedding date is coming up close you may contact – 405-740-5332 to confirm if shipping will meet your deadline.
Happy Sparklers will accept returns within’ 30 days from the purchased date.
Items must be in original packaging and unused.
We have a 25% re-stock fee that you’re responsible for as well as all return FedEX or UPS fees (Sparklers may ONLY be accepted upon return using ground services – use or air or any other type of service is prohibited under the classification of “Novelties” under APA Standard 87-1). Once items are returned items are received we will credit your account minus the 25% re-stocking fee.
